Our Advanced Training Program is tailored for blue belts and above who are ready to take their Jiu Jitsu to the next level. These sessions focus on high-level techniques, detailed positional strategies, advanced transitions, and live situational sparring. Students are encouraged to develop their personal style of grappling, with guidance from expert instructors on how to adapt techniques to their body type and preferences.

Training sessions include both technique-focused and competition-style rounds. You’ll dive deep into guard retention, passing systems, submission chains, and defensive counters. We also emphasize strategic thinking—helping athletes understand when and why to apply certain movements in specific situations.
