Our Self-Defense Course teaches practical and effective techniques for real-life encounters using the principles of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Students learn how to defend against grabs, strikes, chokes, and ground attacks. The curriculum is tailored to focus on de-escalation, control, and neutralization without the need for excessive force—making it ideal for everyday civilians.
We simulate realistic scenarios that students may encounter in parking lots, elevators, or public spaces. You’ll learn how to react under pressure, create space, control an attacker, and escape to safety. Unlike many self-defense systems, BJJ does not rely on size or strength. Instead, it empowers you with leverage, technique, and strategy—making it effective for men and women alike, regardless of physical attributes.
The course is led by experienced black belts and incorporates situational awareness training, verbal boundary setting, and defensive tactics.
