Women’s Program

Our Women’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Program is a safe and empowering space for women of all ages and experience levels to learn effective self-defense, gain confidence, and improve fitness. These classes are designed specifically for women, taught by instructors who understand how to teach techniques that work in real-life scenarios and align with female physiology. We prioritize creating a non-intimidating and welcoming environment where everyone feels respected and supported.

Women learn foundational movements, escapes, submissions, and positional control, all with a strong emphasis on situational awareness and practical self-defense.
